Mandatory Kit List

The route is generally valley based and varied, trail/fell shoes are advised

Mandatory Clothing and Equipment:

This is a generally valley based 21km trail run, however there is a mountain pass to travel through so some kit requirements are neccassary.

You are required to carry/wear the following clothing and equipment:

  • Short Sleeve base layer top (NO COTTON)
  • Shorts
  • Trail running shoes with good grip
  • Waterproof jacket and pants - taped seems
  • Gloves
  • Hat or Buff
  • Trail Food and Water
  • Safety pins x 4 (or other device for attaching race number)
